The citizens of Youngstown, Ohio have been lied to about jobs, lied to about the safety of fracking and have suffered from earthquakes from an injection well AND a fracking well. Now the Ohio Dept. of Natural Resources has permitted frack waste processing sites in various parts of the city and a RADIOACTIVE FRACK WASTE "downblending" facility near the populated city.
